Albert Giralt
After graduating from the Barcelona School of Architecture in 2006, Albert collaborated with leading architectural practices in Barcelona, London and Paris. He joined the Renzo Piano Building Workshop in 2009. Since then, he has worked on numerous significant international projects including the École Normale Paris-Saclay in France.
Albert became Partner in June 2021 and led through to completion the third building in London Bridge after The Shard and the News Building, the Shard Place. He is Partner in Charge of the new Headquarters of Tokio Marine Co. in Tokyo’s financial district as well as a museum project in Warsaw and the Montparnasse Commercial Center and CIT Tower, a major adaptive reuse project in Paris.
Albert was appointed Member of the Board in 2025.
