Via Monterosa 91 renovation
Twenty years after delivery, RPBW was commissioned to renovate and upgrade the facility in order to align with current environmental, technological and organizational standards.

The original Il Sole 24 Ore headquarters were delivered in 2003 by RPBW. Twenty years later Monterosa 91 is a mixed-use building renovated by the workshop, with a total area of over 80,000 m²: 47,000 m² of offices and a large green space.

The new mixed-use complex is designed to offer multifunctional spaces for work and the neighborhood. It houses more than 12 companies and offers a wide range of services, including a nursery, a gym and a restaurant, in order to promote well-being and a concept of more flexible work. The building obtained WiredScore certification, Platinum Level.
