Mercedes Benz Design Center

Sindelfingen (Stuttgart) / Germany

The form of the 30,000 sq m Mercedes Design Centre is a direct result of the building's function. The building’s shape resembles an open fan in which each of the seven leaves houses a different function. The roof of the building is composed of aluminium panels arranged in a toroidal geometry.
