Francesca Becchi

Francesca studied architecture at the Istituto Universitario di Venezia and at the University of California, Berkeley where spent one year. After several years working in London and Paris, Francesca joined the Renzo Piano Building Workshop office in Paris in 2007 where she worked on the Columbia University campus in New York and on the LACMA museum in Los Angeles. When she moved to the Genoa office, she was involved in many projects including the Whitney Museum in New York and the Harvard Art Museum in Boston.

In 2011, she started working as lead architect on the Centro Botìn in Santander and moved to Santander to follow the construction site for three years. Since becoming an Associate Architect in 2016, she has been involved in many other projects including a tower in San Francisco, a school in China, two hospital projects in Greece, and an Exhibition of Calder inside the Botin Center. Francesca became Partner in 2021.
